Our journey commenced as KG Farms and Flavours, focusing on vanilla bean cultivation, processing, and exports since 2005. With meticulous care, we integrated vanilla cultivation as an intercrop alongside coconut trees. Expanding our horizons, we have been processing coconut products since 2007 by establishing an organic coconut processing facility.

In 2019, we celebrated a significant milestone by inaugurating our state-of-the-art coconut processing facility located in Kinathukadavu taluk of Coimbatore, near Pollachi. Our vertically integrated production house consists of streamlined units for procurement, production, quality assurance, packaging, storage, research and development, and logistics.

Processing Facility

Our cutting-edge infrastructure spans 40,000 square feet area near Kinathukadavu taluk of Coimbatore district, housing advanced technological equipment’s and machinery, consists of organic cold press expeller, vacuum demoisturizer, Molecular distillation unit, processing reactor, distillation column, filtration equipment, storage tanks and fully automated oil filling, packing and labelling line.

Organic farms

We procure organic coconuts for the Laurico processing facility from fairtrade and organic certified coconut farms under KG FARMS AND FLAVOURS, situated amidst the picturesque landscapes of Pollachi, Anaimalai, and Udumalpet taluks in Tamil Nadu. KG FARMS AND FLAVOURS is certified for USDA NOP, NPOP, EU organic, and Fairtrade standards.
